About this project
My name is Doctor Nimechy Ugorji. I am a medical doctor today because I was not only given the opportunity of education but also the necessary materials.
Very few indigent children are able to go to school and of these, even fewer have the right educational materials to take them through school.
For privileged children, books, pencils, textbooks are cheap yet poverty denies several indigent children these basic tools. Most have never known what it feels like to have new books with their names on them.
This is why for my birthday this year, I have decided to raise funds that would provide textbook kits for 30 indigent children.
With these materials, we would be equipping these children with the necessary tools that would greatly benefit their education and their future.
